Kyoto City University of Arts

The Kyoto City University of Arts , dubbed “Kyo-Gei” or “Kyoto Geidai”, is a public art university located in Oeda, Kutsukake cho, Nishikyo ward. It is expected to transfer locations closer to Kyoto Station in 2023.

Kyoto Seika University
Summary of the University
A private school located in Iwakura, Sakyo ward, Seika University (Seika Dai or simply Seika for short) is approximately 10 minutes away from the Kyoto International Conference Center by bus.
The university as it stands today was started in 196 8, with an emphasis on promoting the ideals of humanity and autonomy; it is also known as the first Japanese university to dedicate an entire department to manga (Japanese comics) as a disciplinary art form.
